Answering to my own questions regarding taking selfie with a stick or monopod, below is my recommendation. Although it seems that there are many steps involved, in short it just means extracting a selfie photo from 4K video which was done on focus tracking mode.

1. Set focusing mode to tracking. (Face-detection is not so reliable if the face is some distant away.)
2. Set to 4K Photo mode. (You may assign it to Fn3 button for convenience.)
3. Make sure you are not in Manual Exposure mode if you prefer to use Auto ISO in your video (A, S & P modes are fine though.)
4. Attach the camera to a selfie stick / monopod with the segments extended to desired length.
5. Turn around the camera with the lens pointing at you around 20 - 50 cm away.
6. Half-press the shutter release button so that the focus tracking is locked onto you.
7. Fully press down the shutter release button so that the camera starts to record in 4K.
8. Slowly stretch out the stick / monopod so that the focus tracking is not disrupted.
9. Strike your poses in front of the camera as much as you like.
10. Once done, stop the recording and proceed to extract photos from the 4K video.

Jpg: Natural mode, the rest PP if needed. + Raw (useful if shoot with filters)

I guess about 900 +. Most people buy black and also new set from shop is 1050.

U should consider keeping. This is a very good camera. I have so many cameras but yet use this one for travel.
