Panasonic LUMIX DMC-LX100 & LEICA D-Lux Type 109

Did you apply any sharpening to the images?

my resize action in photoshop applies a light Unsharpmask routine before posting for web. The shots were taken at F8 mostly, held good details in the first place :)

Wonder anyone has any clue when the lx100 auto cap will be available.. And whether shops will carry it..

hehe if you can't wait buy the leica version at 80+?

Just pop by the shops or call to ask. It's around $10xx to $11xx for the LX100 depending on the shops you go to.

HN is not consistent with their pricing. Same shop in Funan, one salesman can quote you a reasonable price and on another day another salesman can tell you that the price is controlled and only quote RRP even when told of cheaper prices quoted in the same shop and other shops just upstairs. I suggest not to waste time with HN and go straight to some of the more reputable camera shops.

Are you able to help make the 'leica' print to become 'lumix'? Hahaha
Why do it when it will make your LUMIX a LEICA and seem more desirable in the eyes of the beholder. ;)

Lumix version wu panasonic print leh.. Kekeke..

DMW-LFAC1 look exactly the same the the one for D-Lux. My cousin was told by her local camera dealer that the one for LX100 is slightly thicker (can accommodate a wider range of filter)and is made 100% in plastics.

Anyone with the leica auto cover can advise other than cokin, is there any other brand/model filter which can be used and bought locally?
