Pretty confident about that. All my Panasonic lenses came with a world wide warranty.

This has been asked many times. Panny lens from US is not covered under warranty. Called Panny SG and verified before. Only OLY has got worldwide coverage.

would you buy this lens local with warranty? or buy from the states which is cheaper and you have friend there that can help you bring over. Save some $$ but without warranty?

After the recent meetup @ Funan TCC, was poisoned by the 7-14mm... Realised my 25mm and 45mm and 20mm came nowhere near in terms of the wide angle coverage and perspective.. so... mine's on the way! Doubt I'll go for the "high-end DIY" filter though, it's a great setup no doubt but the $ is painful.... =P

Yup I'm aware. At first I was thinking I'd be satisfied with these prime lenses.. but then when I was trying to take a pic of the crowd at an event, I realised I couldn't capture the "crowd" like I wanted to.. so yeah.. and then I'm really amazed by the landscapes this lens can capture as well..

Right. i wanted to get this len from B&H Just now together with my MO for EP-11 eyecup. but hold back for this len. so if anyone know where to get a good good deal on this lens, do PM me where and how much it is. thanks alot!
