@Oshkosh: Walk-in registration is $15. U will have to be in a waiting Q for a very long time. They would cater to those that signed up online early, then gauge how many is "no-show" & how many goodies bags they have.
Do take note that compare to other countries' photomarathon, SG's is rather "international" there's even ppl flyin in to compete.
Go early, Q up...be patience. enjoy the event~
just make sure u @the front of the "walk-in" Q
