if you don't quite like them , then why are you going out with them in the first place? :dunno:

Happen to attend a colleague's wedding dinner...

I try to avoid it as much as possible.....Most of the time I rather pay for cab if i want more comfort....:)

Unless sometimes really bobian, people stop in front for u or when i know the person quite well, then i'll take the car....:)

When I do not have a car, I use to do the same.

If he is my close friend, he should be 'automatic' and do not take advantage.

I have a colleague who wanted to borrow my for business assignment. He could have easily gotten a cab. I just told him that I do not have such habit of lending people my car!

...

If can help, why not. Do a simple favor, don't expect return and keep :D and

The trouble is people take advantage.

It should always be 2-way and not single traffic. However, I have colleague who do not bother about 2-way or single way. As long as he is happy, he will do it. I salute him.

if you want to help and it is on the way then help lor

if you don't like the person then come up with some excuses and say it is not on the way

btw, if you are having financial problems until you find it hard to pay for petrol, then i'll suggest giving up the car
