Does the playstation gift card requires me to actually have a playstation to see the redemption code?

I don't think so.
Previously I had some leftover in my account (I top-ed up using gift card) to buy DLC for psn. It does show the balance when in my play memories. I log in using the same account I used for psn.

I didn't use gift card anymore, I top up using cc now.

Btw, reinstall don't need to pay wor. U already paid the first time.

Mind sharing which lens compensation app you mentioned?

go to sony play memories application and set your region to US. you need a US account to view that app and buy it.

buying from amazon, there's no physical delivery? just getting a number to redemn?

anyway i realised i will have to reset all my settings in camera to change the store location from Singapore to the US....... drats :(
all the previous apps were wiped out as well.....

once you buy, the number appears in your amazon account screen, and you can apply that straight away to add funds to your psn wallet.

I registered for a US account and installed all apps using the US account. previous apps for A7 are mostly free anyway hehe. only this lens compensation is worth to buy..

no need. just buy and use the redeem gift card function to add funds to your play memories account using your PC.

Does the profile works only on Jpegs ? Hopefully it corrects raw as well and save the hassle to go PP thereafter :)

You can choose the quality settings in app to be JPEG plus raw or raw only. From do review seems like it works on raw too

just downloaded it , woo , seems to work quite well on the SEL10-18, just tweaked it on my cv15 , not sure if its going to help remove the purple fringing, need to test and trial with the settings :sweatsm:

smudgy jpegs ... hmmm thats quite strange, if you turn off NR and other processing, the jpegs are supposed to sharp . Could be a function of the functions you use too .
Can see the samples here

I shoot raw mainly, but tried a few jpegs before Lr5.3, I was quite wowed as its a vast improvement from previous Jpegs rendered by the older Bionz processors

What other processing settings can I tweak?

Lower noise reduction ,try switching jpeg quality from fine to extra fine, turn off soft skin effect and import your images directly via sd card not play memories.

Hello, from my understanding you can define each set of setting by entering FL and f number for the different lens. Does these reflect in EXIF?

Havent downloaded to my laptop yet. Not sure if exif reflects. Can take a look tonight

F2.8 is not the 'fast' I have in mind and by the way I am already using it. More like 1.4 or 0.95 hehe
Think f/0.95 on d 35mm lens is OTT. F/1.2 like d nokton is good but I just hate d bulk n weight. Haha

Looking for a good and fast 50 mm, as I already have a 35mm.
