Why not using a SLR lens without adapter instead?one major drawback of using RF lenses on the A7 is the minimum focusing distance for these type of lenses tend to be 0.7m and upwards. MFD is quite poor and hence magnification is poor for close up shots.
I ordered on ebay a leica M to nex adaptor with helicoid/extension tube functions that hopefully can shorten the focusing distance without too much impact on IQ

 
	 
 
		 
 
		 
	 Nothing against that combo, I just think if you start using those corrective adapters why caring about IQ in the first place? Just as an example because you own already a Canon, a 6D and a small EF35/2 do the job as well, don't need an adapter, have AF and in practical use the small size and weight differences don't make any difference.
