ha.... my review is definitely not biased... i think it could be a firmware problem. the sets we used were still "pre-production". The 55 1.8 focused fine on the A7. fast and accurate. The 28-70 on the other hand was hunting. i think it was using CDAF instead of PDAF and the lower aperture didn't help in the dim settings. but when the AF was locked, the images were not bad. will post some pics later.
the AF speed compared to the latest EOS-M with improved firmware of course... really slow for the 28-70 lens
A7R files actually look better on the laptop. the 36 mp no AA filter is really no horse run... just that UWA is a problem....
