Yes. Now I am bringing a power bank, usb cable for my short trips. Instead of one power adapter for every device.

Actually is replace the adapters with power bank. Now the power bank can charge mobile phone and camera.

And given the low capacity of camera batteries (in mAh) , charging via powerbank is a more economical solution. Is it actually ok to charge the battery while using the camera like for phones? I've not personally tried it lol

Power banks quite heavy. Even have a HyperJuice 150WH, but I guess it depends on the situation.

per my experience, prices in China (specifically Sony) is much lower than SG. Bought my RX100 brand new in Shanghai for around $650 when it was going for $990 over here at that time

Any particular outlet u went? The web of the sony outlet in nanjing shows the FE55/1.8 is over 6,000 rmb... Iirc is 6,380rmn

I have considered using goal zero as a portable power solution , but still kinda of expensive to buy in Singapore.

Just brought my Sony Action Cam HDR-AS30VR bundle comes with Live-View Remote RM-LVR1 for my MTB ride, Try it to link to my A7R/NEX6 & it work well. I can take photo using my Action Cam remote too. Later will try whether can it work on my QX-100.

Tks to bro ricleo in helping me modifying d sigma 19mm n set zoom function on custom button. Now I can use it on ff at around 21-22mm wif no vignetting n its very very sharp across d frame. Cheers.
