I wouldn't.Just gave up last chance to hoot the 70200 at 1.4ksgd.....hope I will not regret...
After some time with A7R, I found that the wheel control very easy to be turn. Therefore, the default ISO on it, I off it as from auto, I can have fix ISO out of sudden. Then the EV button, also easy to be turn when you take out from the bag. Luckily it's digital else got to waste $ on developing over/under exposure photos if not careful enough. The dials on the grip, too hard to access, should be lower for the back dial as the thumb cannot reach easily. Also not much control like the grip from Alpha mounts, a bit disappointed. Other than that, rest are ok for me. I like the NFC since I got a Xperia and can upload ASAP. Btw, even with tilt screen, I hardly use it as I scare I might break it, haha!
I will be traveling to Osaka next week. What is a good lens to hoot for an A7? I have the 35, it is nice for general use. I was thinking if getting the 55 considering the excellent reviews. What about the 70-200 and 24-70? Anything else worth to hoot considering how cheap the lens and accessories are compared to here?

depends which focal length do you like to shoot at? Personally, i prefer 35mm to a 50 or 55mm focal length, so i will not consider the 55mm eventhough it is so good as what others mentioned. so my point is, buy the lens with the focal length that u need, not because of how good the lens is.

I prefer to shoot at 40 to 45mm focal length vs 35, but that is not an option with FE or any AF lenses. The 55 looks great, but I am not sure if the reach is sufficient for head and shoulder portraits unless I position myself pretty close to the subject? My original preference was to get the 24-70, but the reviews suggests that the lens is weakest at 70. This leaves the 70-200 and it does not look like I would ever use one cause I had something of that focal length on a DSLR before and the lens was perpetually in the dry cabinet until I sold it. So the 35 and 55 would have to do for now? MF lenses with adapters is not a problem, many to choose from. I don't think I will want to MF on the A7 for anything more than 50.

I use FE35 most of the time too...
FE55 is sharp, you wont regret to buy it
I try a few shot with 2470 found it not sharp enough and the performance not justify with the high price
