What a cool job... haha

I wish it were my full time job; unfortunately this is just a hobby which I get the occasional payment for to offset a (tiny) part of the costs when my photos get published...

I think landed on 02C

Nice to see someone doing night trails and now another taking after8 handheld shots. Regret never try when thai was flying in their 380s.
Both pic looks good.
On the other hand ….. time to dump my apsc, haha!

Great new series Erkuan!
not sure around that time if you happen to see the stratotanker potong jalan the landing queues coming at at angle.

My friend saw it and too bad I was queuing up my nasilemak ….. but I wasn't equipped anyway. sigh.

P.S. For those with no idea what's happening or going on, do refer to this thread for more details and information. Thank you.
To all fellow aviation enthusiasts both ClubSNAP members and visitors who have been following the recent commotion and disturbance (something which I must regrettably apologise for) with interests here in the past five days.

Just in case if you haven't notice or somehow missed it, there's an update by the ClubSNAP administrator posted earlier this morning in the FAQs & Feedback sub-forum effectively concluding the issues at hand with regards to the matter as previously raised by oneANT.

Thank you all once again for your support throughout the years.

Nice and sharp as always with even the riveted seams (lap joints) visible on the fuselage of PH-BVI / VI-031, erkuan!

Also note the Elbit Systems of America (Commerical Aviation) Kollsman Enhanced Flight Vision System / Forward Looking Infrared (EFVS / FLIR) camera at the nose cone (left-hand / port side) of N578FE which is interfaced to the Pilot In Command (PIC) Honeywell Aerospace Head-Up Display (HUD), unable to share some photos of it unfortunately.

Due to delayed flights, I became a plane-watcher in two US airports - DEN & TYS... here are some record shots to share...

This is how far the Jet Rangers were...

beautiful KC-135R, thank you for sharing brother. like it all !

CCx9, wow so many Kiowa scouts
Thanks for sharing, I think they were the direct predecessors of the modern longbow apache.

Ok to ask you if its taken from airport building or the outside perimeter ??

Thanks for liking the shots. I had lots of trouble shooting through the glass tackling the reflections. Then it was the pp problem trying to neutralize the bluish/greenish tint. But it was fun... So many more different aircrafts that are not seen back in SGP. :)

Hi bro seii7... They looked more like Jet Rangers to me. They did have the radar dome on top of the rotor, and looks like they all has side weapons pods... So more like attack choppers to me. Too bad they were. Far far away when I spotted them.

All shots were taken through glass windows of the terminal building where I was kept waiting for almost 6 hours before even my reassigned flight was overly delayed resulting in my connections totally messed up.. Decided to get a flight out one day later instead. left the airport then.

Those are Bell OH-58 Kiowas based on the Bell 206A JetRanger as mentioned by seii7.

Love the photos captured as well.

Thanks 9V-Orion... Didn't know they were called Kiowas. Learned something by posting. Always good. :) Sorry for making an erronous assumption that they were Jet Rangers. :)

Thanks for liking the shots, too.

Well, they are technically the one and the same just with a different model identification and role, so you aren't incorrect either.

It's all just semantics, really. ;)

lol glad there is so much activity to accompany you for 6hrs
yeah it's tough shooting behind glass, sometimes I would add hood or stick my lens onto the glass but at least it helps a little

Think I made a mistake too, from wiki it's not Kiowa scout but Kiowa warrior the current latest version.
Thats what I remembered so far, haven't been reading much on these over the decade already
I guess it's existence is worth noting for its unique design
