Official EOS1100D thread

I've not seen any 1100D batt grip in the local stores (including online). Not sure how the batt grip will will work with 1100D when the memory card is in the battery compartment (another of my gripe). But I guess with the additional 400g, it might help to redistribute the weight.

Have... i saw at sgcamerastore last year... they sell them, its call Hercules or something.. about $120-160... not sure the exact price though, quite a while back... i may buy one for my camera in time to come...

Dun see the 1100d batt grip at sgcamerastore.com. Maybe no more.

errr its at the shop itself not in the online store... their website do not have a full range of their stuff btw... they have 3 shops in Peninsula and Excelsior... i saw the grip cos my friend went to buy monopod...

fyi they had a CNY sale, now the offer is over but im sure they still have the battery grip... best is to call sgcamerastore

Bro, checked out the batt grip. Very plasticky. Worse than than the 1100d body. The shutter button at the grip need to be connected by the supplied 3.5mm plug cable to the camera. So there'll be unsightly cable at the side. Btw, once the grip in used, cannot access the memory card which shares same place as the batt. Last piece $88. Didn't get though.
