Hi guys...

I find nikon ff lenses are a little expensive than canon F4 Ls.

How about jumpshipping from d600 to 6d. Im sure i am not the only one having this thoughts.

What do you think?

Wow. Kai announces the Nikon D600 as the clear winner. This is probably the first time I've seen him so pro Nikon.

Watch for interest & fun as one would watch mr bean. :)

I love how he impersonates the Sony a99..Lol

There can be as much lopsided or balanced reviews of which is better, the ultimate purchase decision is personal experience, expectations and support of legacy glasses, accessories, etc and budget, of course.

No doubt 6D is good in low light focusing, the center point AF is very fast. I was using 6D for a wedding shoot few days back :)

It is true . The center AF is amazing in low light.:)

you mean brand new lenses price right? i am contemplating jumping to nikon, and it seems the second hand lenses prices seems close (for canon n nikon).. i didn't check alot though..

I wouldn't look too much at the pricing of the lenses, sometimes one brand is cheaper but another lens is more expensive again and it will change over time and with new revisions again and again. It also depends on from where you buy the lens, every country is different. Just concentrate on the lens portfolio and the quality.

For me the decision is based purely on the glass I own. Nikon may have won the 'features' war according to Kai and he may be right (this time), but the differences between Nikon and Canon are so slight that it's not worth switching wives... errr... cameras.

Features-wise, no doubt Nikon D600 is the clear winner. But what about AF accuracy? Sensor stain/debris/oil/dust? AF sensitivity in low light? There are definite pros and cons for each camera. For me, I choose my system(s) based on sensor performance, AF speed & accuracy, lens quality/performance/types and service/support/reliability.
