Features-wise, no doubt Nikon D600 is the clear winner. But what about AF accuracy? Sensor stain/debris/oil/dust? AF sensitivity in low light? There are definite pros and cons for each camera. For me, I choose my system(s) based on sensor performance, AF speed & accuracy, lens quality/performance/types and service/support/reliability.
Each camera has its own strength and weakness among each other. Choose a camera that you like and fulfils your needs is sufficient I guess.
Sometimes, I think what if even other brands camera is better than Canon 6D, does this means it's going to make you change the whole system just because that brand performs better? Ok, but this is not applicable for new DSLR buyers jump from Compact camera.
