I'm just a crazy dude.. If you're curious about the bodies (ladies not included.. nah I'm joking ) and lens I've owned..



I'm just a hobbyist playing around and experiencing the different camera bodies and lens while learning and improving at the same time.. I don't really have a huge need since I'm mostly taking portraits and I would probably take the same thing if you give me a 60D or 1DX.. But my hands are just itchy to experience the cameras and lens. Some guys plays with watches, some guys play with golf, some guys plays with bikes, some guy plays with cars.. I'm just a guy playing with cameras *embarassed* :bsmilie:

you are making photographs so that you can use all the gears to satisfy your needs.
A photographer use their gears so that he can create photographs to satisfy his needs.

but its ok. we are all guys and like sport cars, gears and electronic gadgets. I understand

Haven't seen you on CS for sometime! I can totally understand. I also always itchy to try new gear, but not as extreme as you, have never crossed over to the dark side, hehheh.

I am sure your list of babes would just be as EXTENSIVE!!! :bigeyes: (Just Kidding...)

I know what you means, as I do experience in sports equipment too... I get a few table tennis rubbers & blade, to try out the diff and get the best combo for myself, and by reading a few review, I shorten my shortlist and reach my ideal combo earlier..... once I found my combo, I just stick to it....

Since I went DSLR, I only had 400D & 7D.... I do have a few other interest..... I just focus on a few genes of photography and even that, I feel I am still lacking.... I am focusing on my style most of the times, and do buy books to read... while also going through different accessories.... but not so expensive one... like light stand, and soft box, etc.........

As long as you do not spend beyond your means.... then, it is ok.....

Today, I bought my first full frame 6D with 24-105 from click. So happy my old 500D will keep.

I have not seen him for a while... I think maybe he was on Nikon side and we did not see him there.....

Lucky for me.. Fuji X series had some issue, so I did not venture that side.... but for now, I will be focusing on Canon..... still contemplating body or lens.... (6D or 24-70II)..... ultimately, FF is my destination, and I need both.....
