Hey guys. 60d user here

Any1 knows the going rate for a 2nd hand 70-200 f2.8 non is?

Looking at adding 1 to my arsenal. Rented 1 for a motorbike track shoot and loved the pics that came out!

Thanks

$715 VC from alan

Took the plunge yesterday with 60D body....and I decided to buy the 15-85mm EFS.... all I can say is very good lens. Even my wife can take fantastic pix under very low light condition. Highly recommended with the 60D.

This lens should be a keeper since I dont think I will go FF.... no need to spend obscene amount to get good pix. The composition is more important imo.

Hi Gunston, you can go to Canon centre in Vivo City.. I think you can buy there & they will do it for you.

Hi All,

Seems like the thread have stop posting for a while. Would like to check with the ground does anyone suffer from soft focusing issue when using the 60D? I feel my is quite soft as compare to my previous 550D. Need your kind advice on the following. Thanks

Hi,Im a 60D-er too,for about 3 months now.
My match is, a 10-24 Tamron (seldom use) and 150-500 Sigma (almost all the time since last month for nature).

Planning for 1 or 2 primes (50/85/135/200) and a walk around (17-55/85, 24-70 or 28-105).

Ive read everyone praising the 17-50 Tammy. I dont have it is because i bought it in a hurry and it lacks reach for me..i shouldve got the Tokina instead..oh well,i like the coverage anyway, so its ok.
Currently, am hunting a cheap walk around lens.

Still,i love nature (can be landscape/sunrise/set and birding). Anyone who enjoys this, please feel free to contact me. And, if any of you guys are organising a gathering shooting, i will be more than happy to join if available.

Happy shootin'!!!

Hi all! I'm looking for a wide angle lens for traveling purposes(scenery) for the 60D. I am thinking of the 10-22 by Canon. Is this good enough? Any others to recommend?

Many thanks!

Hi there, generallly speaking (sharpness, focal range for a WA lens) it is good enough. But if you want a detailed report you can googling for reviews.

Consider the tamron 11-16mm. I own it and totally adore it

It has many good reviews online too

anyone using samyang 8mm fe?
super poisoned to buy right now..

8MM,fisheye?
I am thinkg of the 85,but unsure. Coz im more a birding person.

Birding with a 85mm? I thought you gotta go with at least 300mm?

Same thoughts

I m not a birding person

But if not long enough, it mean having to go nearer the bird which might scare it away right?
