Hmmm.... I've never tried this feature. What command in LR4.2 do you have to invoke to make this work?

Just select File > Tethered Capture > Start Tethered Capture after you have connected the camera to comp via USB and turned on.

Thanks, I'll try this sometime over the week-end.

After using the fantastic camera for 1 month+ (mostly at night) i'm very please with it. But today when i was using it to shoot i saw some dirt in the viewfinder and thought there was dust in my viewfinder and clean it but the dust particles are still there.

After a few attempts i thought it might be the sensor or focusing screen, so i took out my lens and take a look in it and i realise.... OMG (theres quite a lot of dust a in it)!!! what are the chances that i can claim warranty and ask canon to clean for me as i have not ever touch the sensor or focusing screen before !!!!

Very sian now. My beloved wife!!

sensor cleaning is $20 + GST.

not free even under warranty.

but its only like a month old and the shutter count is only like max 800 how can it be so dusty and i detach the lens max 5 times.

The question is not how many times you change lens but also WHERE you change lens. And have you tried using a rocket blower to remove the dust first before gg CSC?

yeah i tried using blower. apart from dust i see like got little line of oil stain or something like that. the lines are shiny when i move the camera.

Then you can bring back to CSC and bring this up. They may be able to help you out.

huh..so fast gets dusty? Im curious about the oil stain lines you mentioned. Keep us posted on the outcome. Im planning to get the 5d3 soon after clearing off my bodies and efs lens.

will keep you guys updated on monday hopefully CSC could do something for me. Damn heart pain. Take so much care of it and now it turns out to be like that.

Anyone know what is the tagline for 5d3?, seem like only this dslr got no tagline :dunno:

What tagline? Why is it important?

Absolutely not important, just curious only.

Is the one liner describing the camera.

Thanks for the link, seem that is not a generic tagline, just realised some camera description is different for sg and US website.

Maybe is different due to marketing needs. Doesnt really matter, thanks anyway.
