Luckily I made a reservation for it as it was the last set.

The last e-quote I got from them at the end of the week included a 32GB CF card, probably a pretty slow one.

I got mine at $3999 after GST. No free gift
Ask for e-quote near 1week+ ago but due no stock they extend the validity of quote.
think price now is $4100++

Thanks raydio. I paid mine for $4100 w/gst but free gift a Sandisk Extreme 32GB CF card.
But you must tell the sales person about this offer or else they won't bring it up.

Hi ageha. I got mine for $4100 w/gst. Like what you said a free CF card but it's a Sandisk Extreme 32GB CF card. So luckily they still give quite a fast card. At first I still thought they will give a 32GB Ultra CF card.

Yes, I checked at the large store on the 3rd floor of Funan (I forgot the name)... the one that you must go through when you get to the top of the escalators... they quoted me a price of $199 for the Sandisk 32 Gb - 60 ms/sec.

Im only using a 4gb normal Kingston CF..lolZ..i dont need fast card..as long as can store my files im happy..so far so good..has not affect my work at all..

Regarding the light leak issue from the first two batches, are the bodies where the serial number's 6th digit is greater than 2 all fixed with duct tape too or did Canon redesign the camera internally a bit?

I saw your post of the same question in DP-Review. This is a good question especially for people sitting on the sidelines waiting to buy. We all want the best camera for our hard earned cash. Whether the light leak is a minor issue or not, it is best to have this problem resolved with an internal design modification.
