those in the computer shops, can mount to the hot shoe?

anyone knows how to setup 580 ex ii on 550d?

half press - focus
full press - snap

if you push up to lock it, that's to lock the shutter button for long exposure till you release it.

Hi,

Thanks.

Actually I am looking at how to test the "Locking mode" where it is locked the camera shutter to start the continuous shoot or long exposure.

Anyway I had found it online, the instruction is

1) Set the camera to continuous or bulb mode.
2) Fully press the release button and lock the button to start the continuous shoot or long exposure.
3) Removing locking, let pull down the lock, then release the button to stop.

Yeah, EF50mm f/1.8 II is a nice lens, cheap and sharp. But there is a little problem with bokeh due to 5 aperture blades. You will see lots of little pentagons on the bakground.

Thanks, I just bought the Lens..... will be testing it out soon..

Ya it's quite nice...but yet to check whether it fits nicely in with battery grip..

:dunno:

I telling myself i dun need a battery grip so shouldn't be a problem. Good bag for overseas trip.

It seem like so many people wanna get battery grip.. It's not difficult to shoot portrait mah..
Can't convenience myself to get one.

Any idea how much is the Kata bags or where to get? Wondering can fit in a 70-200 F4 IS?
3N1-10
3N1-11
3N1-20
3N1-21
3N1 Tripod holder attachment?

I have both.

Yes, optically better... especially the 50mm... it's heavy and look at the filter size.... 77mm!!
After calibration in the sigma service centre, it's tack sharp even @ f/1.4 !!

what you mean?

If wireless setup, using ST-E2 you can still use ETTL.

found out my battery isn't strong enough to power up.. :bsmilie:

works fine now.. but the controls are very hard if you set it manually instead of ETTL :(

You need to get a strong battery... haha...

Yeah did already, thanks.

Received my spare battery! Thanks to soons! :P
