Hi I just bought the 600D body from the last IT fair. Being a beginner, I thought buying the kit lens outside is cheaper (saw ddelect website that time, the lens price is alot cheaper if buy from them, didn't know they are grey market that time). So now I only got a camera body without lens...

Should I get a kit lens 18-55/18-135? I intend to use the camera for walk around purposes. Don't intend to bring alot of lens when going out, maybe one walk around and one 50mm prime? 18-200 consider good walk around? Budget is about 1k. My next holiday trip will be around June. Should wait till May then buy? Or buy now and practice first?

Focal length longer doesn't equate to professional use bro, points to note for buying lens includes image quality etc. Do read up a bit on reviews of interested lens prior buyin so as not to regret n waste $.
