I know this is really a tad off topic, but wanted to direct this to the old the old K-Minoltians who still remembers me... Always wanted to ask you guys, as it's kinda off-topic was reluctant to post, but can't think of a better way to contact you guys.

Anyone wanna shoot my ROM at the registry this 7th December? Nothing Major, just the run of the mill "factory-line ROM", and maybe a couple of shots around the area.

Well, I would really like to shoot this myself, but alas, i'm the 'bridegroom'. Good chance for a short exposure on ROM procedures for those who had not had the chance to shoot one (I've shot a couple, really easy actually)

Well, I'll compensate appropriately... hope you guys won't charge me an arm and a leg for this...

congrats!

#1, this thread should be in services offered / wanted sub forum
#2, you want to be shot by KM cameras only?
#3, shooting ROM seem easy, but to have good shots is it not easy as you think.
#4, since you shot ROM before, you should know that the duration of ceremony is short and the room are small, do you ready want to let others "try try" on you and you wife to be?

last but not the least, even it is just the run of the mill "factory-line ROM" to you, does you wife to be also thinking the same way as you?

Skali all the Minolta users organise an outing to shoot your wedding how?:bsmilie: DCA you onz is it?

i was thinking exactly... make a minolta outing... then can exchange gear there, take from every angle...

Wah lao... the room really really small ley, cannot so many ppl squeeze inside lah... The timing is around 1345 fyi...

Yes, I totally agree. but posted in KM section cos my friends are here...

Not necessary

Agree. But I'm not looking for something spectacular. So I don't wanna pressure my would-be photog. It's stressful enough to shoot for a photography enthusiast.

Don't worry. I've discussed this with my fiancee. No problem. We are doing this ROM really simply, with a proper traditional wedding ceremony in the near future. The early ROM is more for Resale HDB flat + live near parents grant... Ha...

I think the most 1 or 2 can squeeze into the room lah. But well, the shots around the area of course free for all...

Wah... Now I photog upgrade become model liao... Haha... maybe later I go find photos of me and my fiancee and post up macam the organized model shoots...

7 Dec is a Thursday, and your appointment time is 1.45pm, suggest you invite your guests go for makan first than have your Solemnization ceremony.

The registrar room for your solemnization ceremony is so small, one photographer (a good and experience one) is good enough, of course the decision is still on you.

And you can organize a TFCD session to all your KM kakis for your ROM outdoor shoot.

Lastly, FYI, a photography coverage for a simple solemnization ceremony is range from $250~$400 for service only.

Wishing you all the best.
