Anyway, transferring money to the acct seems like the best way and afterall ATMs can be found everywhere...and I think an undergraduate shld be able to figure out or at least open his mouth to ask about how to go abt this if he doesn't know.

I think its ridiculous.
a) you owe money, its your obligation to meet alloy at his convenience, not the other way round.

b) electronic transactions via internet banking, paypal or simply atm to atm, or even cash deposit into bank account has been done safely without risk.

c) well, too bad alloy has more integrity in honoring your privacy than outing you.

Either this guy is super paranoid, or he is just technologically challenged. :dunno:

Anyway, there are 7000 Clubsnap members here and I'm sure most of them are nice and responsible people.

Bad apples are inevitable, and if we focus on them all the time, pple will forget about the mostly nice and responsible members, and Clubsnap will get a bad image.

My suggestion is that since we all have formed our own opinion on these 2 parties. Let this issue be resolved among both of them privately and we go back to our usual nice an helpful self in sharing Photography techniques and passion.

I think with 140+ posts and almost 3000 views are enough attention for any bad apples.
How about next time we give even more posts and views to the good apples??

I even suggest to forget about getting back the money if he dont wanna use atm machine, but now he has 1001 reasons again to do otherwise from the many suggestions and alternatives. U can see now clearly see why his sms really is a pain to read. Everything he says and do is very unconventional or should i say weird. He seek advise then he will answer me back that he dont believe, after a while he will suddenly thank me for my help and kindness blah blah blah and then ask some more questions then he again will say am i bluffing him then finally thank me etc etc. :dunno: Think i really cannot be bothered with him anymore. HACKER's don't need your credit card number *not that you have one* or your bank account number posted in public.

I could just put a link to a picture from my own webserver and then check the apache logs, your ip address would be recorded and based on some clever observations

ie: NTU ip address, date and time, I would know which ip is yours. or a simple date and time would allow me to narrow down the list.

U are really unrepentant and incorrigible. I dont sell camera equiptment as a living or for profits fyi. Like many of the many ppl here we sell them due to the fact that we no longer have any more use of that particular stuff or simply wanna get funds for future upgrades. U are surely a buyer from hell.
