No yet bro .. this is a demo unit from Samsung.
I have several Samsung NX lenses which tried last Thursday..

Does anyone know whether NX1 allows snapping stills by pressing the shutter release button during video recording? If so, does it introduce a frozen frame in the video or does it stop video recording? Thanks in advance.

may I ask where to purchase the 50/150mm 2.8 locally?
Have the nx1... with 2.0/2.8 15~50mm...
have seen some superb capture with 50~150mm

just tried it, i pressed the shutter release while it is recording video and it stopped the recording

I just realised the 4K frame from NX1 would have almost as much resolution as the JPEG from a 16MP sensor. Cinema5D's still life frame shows almost no aliasing, suggesting full-pixel readout. Of course, the amount of compression artefacts and post processing latitude is another issue.
