saying that acknowledging that every coin has two sides amounts to self-deception (even if phrased nicely) is still being so bitter.
it is simple - some people choose to see the half full glass, some people choose to see the half empty glass.
i think it's important that we all see that every glass, no matter where you are, is more or less half-empty AND half-full. this is of course applicable to fair comparisons. for example, i don't think it is fair to compare say, america to the more chaotic parts of africa.
