On my display monitor, your shots are over exposed.
Can use PS to improve.
Set your cam under explosed by .5 to 1.5 stop when shooting under direct sunlight.

My 2 cents only.

i saw a series of photography works by some photographer.. his works are all over exposed.. but he did it in a way it looks artistic... and it becomes his style.. his over exposed photos are not like a normal over exposed pic any1 can do.. so once u see it u know it's him.
