Does anyone know what that building on stilts at the horizon is?

I think it is private property. I was curious once and decided to locate it (early 2005 I guess).

I am not going to mention any road names but on that occasion, I have to drive off road, along a track and found myself at a driveway. There's a well manicured garden at the front but with no fences. A dog was barking like mad for the entire few minutes that I sat in the car, looking out of the window. When I decided to tone down my radio, I heard someone shouting "... bla bla bla ... or ELSE ... I call the P-O-L-I-C-E!". It then dawned on me that I had trespassed and I immediately beat a hasty retreat.

So much for that person fishing on the wobbly wooden jetty ( I guessed that's also where you took the picture) who told me that that was a haunted house. Curiosity almost got me into trouble
