Reprocessed shot which was originally done in March as seen in #12 on page two of this thread, but #12 was a blended shot whereas this shot is a single RAW exposure. I wasn't too satisfied with #12 but not as if this is much better but there had been some changes in how I process after some guidance and advices from various photographers. It seemed an appropriate time for me to rethink about what I am doing and I'm reserving #100 for a reprocess of a shot of a scene which I had immense interest in but messed it up in every way possible.

Re-processed shot done in March. Missed an epic sunrise as I was late and what you see here was almost what I saw when I was still downstairs of the block I shot from. By the time I went up it had started to fade. I was determined as it was the purple-pink-orange type of sky I love so much.

I decided to just try my luck and shoot. But I wasn't able to process it back to the glory I saw, and now, I can say I manage to bring back the sky I missed using a completely different processing workflow.

Hence, I reserved my 100th shot of this thread for this. I titled it "Salvation" as I do have a feeling of relief more than anything else that I have salvaged a shot I thought I had missed.

Stitched straight from JPEG without edit and did no adjustments after that, so pretty much SOOC except slight colour balance adjustment and sharpen. The halo above some of the buildings was already there in the stitched image. In any case, there isn't much editing. PTgui somehow doesn't stitch my images when i pan 30 degrees but 15 degrees is fine. Then again, 15 degress is a pain!

from the looks of it should be a very tedious editing process haha

Still the same morning last Saturday. Always wanted to do a shot with such ripples knowing it can happen because when the Merlion throws out water initially, the ripples can be pretty consistent (I know it isn't completely so here). I had to process this from RAW as the shadows from the JPEG was "unliftable". Then I have to go through a bit of work to bring back the colours.

Single RAW, ISO200, 10mm, f11, 0.6sec

This morning sunrise at Esplanade. I had wanted to take this shot for a long time so I headed there early hoping to get calm water for reflection. This is a pleasant surprise, brilliant light this morning and pretty calm water too!

3 frame panorama with 3 JPEG shots blend for left frame and single JPEG shots for the other 2 frames, ISO200, 10mm each frame, f13, 1/3, 1/5 and 0.5sec for left frame, 0.5sec for right 2 frames

Those are far out buildings over on the right of frame. What are they used for? I would be grateful for you to tell me?
