Nikon win EISA awards... again!

"Nikon Corporation (Makoto Kimura, President, Tokyo) is pleased to announce that the Nikon D3S digital SLR camera is the recipient of the European Professional Camera 2010–2011 and the AF-S NIKKOR 300mm f/2.8G ED VR II interchangeable lens for SLR cameras is the recipient of the European Professional Lens 2010–2011, both awards presented by the European Imaging and Sound Association (EISA).

The same award was presented to the Nikon D3 two years ago and to the Nikon D3X last year, making this the third year in a row that Nikon has been recognised by this prestigious imaging and sound organisation.

The D3S has been recognised twice this year as it was also the recipient of the Best D-SLR Professional Award 2010 presented by Technical Image Press Association (TIPA) in April of this year."

For your info, Canon got 2 EISA awards of their SLR Body, EOS 550D and EOS 7D !
And agree that they are the most wanted SLR body in market till mid year of 2010.

Yes I guess if next year, Nikon comes out with EVIL cameras or put some of thsoe D3 technology into mid-range bodies, it would truly be a very very exciting year!
