yupz, esp. when u consider going really wide means alot more $$ and investment into such lenses.

i thought 17mm was pretty wide, but apparently, it wasn't sufficient in the 'crop' factor of DSLR.

17 = 26mm 'there abouts' = hardly exciting.

maybe if u're well off enough, u might consider getting the Kodak's DCS14n or equivalent. megapixels and full frame babe!

Wide-angle needs some getting used to, but it's a good lens to have

Go back to film. WA from 19mm is cheap and readily available. Lucky I still keep my trusty F80. Now, I only shoot WA with the F80, the WA zoom mounted more or less permanently. :bigeyes: :bsmilie:

Get the map from the airport... u can see the bldg in the Tsimshatsui, Kowloon map. very easy to locate them.

they are like our local Camera Workshop who do trading of camera and lenses too. Do prepare to speak a bit of canotonese... to ah ka gi with them.
