Nikon SB900

Yeah... I agree with you.
Hope there is someone kind and generous enough.

The probable thing buyers of the FX promo will buy the SB900 then sell off as a mint product at around $500. Even so, I think buyers for the resale SB900 still stand to save at least $100 or so, which is a "win-win" situation. Well, just who "wins" more...

Yeah...just bought the SB900 at CP.
Same price at $629 no further discount.

Hmmm....its a sign of highly sought after product. And naturally demand higher then supply. Therefore increase in price.

Hi Guys.
Any idea of which rechargeable battery is best for this sb900.
Find that the Alkaline simply drainned very fast.
It only give me 30-40 flash.

I use Sanyo Eneloop. Can last me through an event (with 300 - 400 shots) without needing to change them.

sanyo eneloops. haven't given problems or lost charge during a shoot (100+ flash fires) so far. :D

Wow... Thats great.
Is it 2500 mAh or higher?

it's 2000mAH. But it's the nature of its design / releasing of charge that is suitable for use with camera flashes. I remember reading about it somewhere...
