Just check with CP over at the I.T show.

It seems that for payment mode there is an option offered by most banks for 0% installment plans and they are giving cash discount off from the price in the flyer or so call their RCP but not advertise or listed in the flyer.

Got to check with the promoters though..

Now that D7000 promotion seems to really tempt me..

Since you are new, get the kit. The 50mm f1.8 definitely can do portrait, landscape and food photos. But the 18-105 kit lens is a more versatile lens, which is very useful when you are starting out and still don't know what you will shoot, and your style of shooting.

Cash discount? Means it will be cheaper if paid by cash? Other banks will also offer 0% installment plans???

My shooting style i guess mostly on foods~ some casual shootings when i am out with friends which make it mostly portraits~ cosplayers photo/ portraits...50mm good for low lighting~ these are why i am thinking of not getting the kit lens~ since i rarely take macro type pictures~ maybe i should save the 300 and save more and get a 18-200mm lens ~ i bet these two lens can last me for good~

Good combination ...50mm + 28-200mm

can share cash price they are offering u? :)

Bro it is more worth it buying in stores. No need to squeeze with the crowds. And buy what you need. Getting a lighter setup bro?

yes, getting DX setup for lightweight use and for more reach when shooting sports. :)

Lol, ask for pwop (purchase without purchase).

Jokes aside, I find the $599 pwp price for SB900 a little disappointing compare to the $199 previously. Though this time, it extends the pwp to ALL DSLR. Wondering if we can PWP at nikon service center by producing receipt?

of course.....

NOT. already checked with them.

Sry i am new~ no knowledge~ can fill me in? i thought kit lens better than 50mm at macro or am i wrong~

Nope both are not able to give you a true 1:1 macro, you would need a dedicated macro lens to do that. If you ask me which one is better for macro, I would choose the 50mm, you can reverse it and it works great for macro.

thanks!! it ready easy n good view to see wat to buy...

cheers all
