Current rumours are that it is a scaled up D500 sensor. If so, 1.5X crop from the D850 should be more or less the same IQ and resolution as a D500.

Indeed, D850 is a baby D5. D850 would be marketed near to D5 price.
The rumor MSRP is around 3,499 CHF in Switzerland, or around 3,600 USD, or around 4,900 SGD.
The actual retail price shall be lesser than MSRP.
