Nikon D750 Official

Read the comments, in all likelihood to be user error. Just means that the default setting is unsecured (for ease of setup?), and it's up to the user to change the setting after setup.

Oh yah this 'Amateur Photography' post is pretty stupid if thats the case..its like saying all routers are not secure by default, and you need to setup password.

Even worst is reading some people comments that Nikon needs to 'fix' it & not expect users to read the manual..lol

But at least its now a reminder..:)

Actually the usb-wifi on the D600 is the same. Unsecured by default. The built in wifi on the D5300 is same too.

Shake head...... they just have to find some fault with the camera....... might as well say why the Nikon box for century never change pattern.... affect their shooting mood..... Nikon need to change to a more vibrant and colourful box...... kao......

Looking forward to more shots bro... esp children.... the kind of photos that I take..... but I don't usually shoot high iso... sometime only.... usually use with flash to keep iso low...... *embarrassed*... skill does not meet iso standard.... kekekeke

Btw how's the auto AWB????? AF speed and AWB impt to me lar.... again PP does not meet iso standard..... kekekeke

hihi... I only taken about 10 pics last night hee.. but from what I see the pics tend to be a tad greenish/yellowish...

with regards to focus aquisition... the lens I was using was'nt exactly a speedy lens (85mm f1.8G) so can't really comment on its AF speed....
one thing for sure it does'nt hunt as much and manages to nail focus most of the time... with the A7 it just hunt and does'nt focus...
note that I am referring to indoor low light situations....

I will try a faster lens, 35mm F1.8G, tonight to test how it fares...

Hi, for D750, is exposure simulation available in the 'live view photo'?
Or still the same like my D610 - e.g LCD display no change with shutter speed increase or decrease.
Thanks!

Upgraded from D300. phewww.... It blows me away. Was planning to get D610, luckily hand & leg not fast enough.. lol
Now time to get used to its interface to get myself familiarized. Exploration time begin....

Actually the 85mm f/1.8 is a good benchmark lens. Its not super modern, but its a high quality lens with decent AF speed.

But be good to test a wide angle lens (35mm f/1.8g) to see how it performs especially outdoor night street/landscapes.

Time to get some ART lens :P

There is exposure simulation in the live view shown on LCD. See attached:

i noticed there is no hotshoe guard, the plastic thing you put in the hotshoe while there is no external flash attached, that comes with the d750. is this normal for this model?

D810 also don't have.

Its possible you're seeing the refresh of the florescent lighting.. happens at 'high' shutter speeds. (Less then 1/60 be fine)

Try doing the shot at f/4 or f/5.6 instead.

And seriously, start shooting raw and really expand the potential of your new camera :)
