I was quoted this price $14xx.00 at CLICK when I bought the new 80-400mm f4.5-5.6G at $3346.00.

I was at SLR last sunday. They quoted me $1550. and tell me no more stock.
did not say anything about the free gift.

Pretty useless without stock coz they don't need to honor the quote anyway once stock arrives. Hey, I quote you just $1 but unfortunately no stock.

Just got mine from slr before noon today...1446 with 8g Sd card, lowepro bag and $25 slr gift voucher.
Term cash.
Exchange the voucher for a 16g 45 ms/s sd card with top up of $1 from my side.

Nop. But did want to trade-in the bag but can't cos they said it comes with the package

Maybe wait for a month or two and the price will probably drop below 1.4k

very impressed by the high iso capability as well..got a few test shots at iso 1800..no problem at all

Now realise that PS CS5 unable to open the files as it can't recognise the format

The RAW files are not supported by adobe yet... got to wait for the update

May I know what len are you using?
