You can try MS. Got a friend that just got the D700 2 weeks ago for < $3300. GST inclusive & cash terms only.

Yes. The prices are around that range. I do agree that the average selling prices for the BnS for D700 is still a mystery to me. Considering that a 2nd hand set(w/o warranty) at $3000 is a mere < 10% difference from a new set, there are still people willing to fork out that much to buy a 2nd hand set which really puzzles me. :think:

Many Thanks for the suggestion. I guess, I will wait for awhile more until the new release of DX00, since D700 is almost a 2 year old model.

Ya man, I think the BnS is more like BS....more BS than BSs in Sim Lim. Can't believe there will be people buying at such a price. :bigeyes:

Last time when the price list is user updated, it was updated much more often.
It was messy but the information is there and quite accessible with a little bit of searching.
Now neat but main useless outdated information.
Maybe we can switch back to the old way? less job for the moderator too as they don't have to upkeep the thread. Just maybe delete every now and then.

Wah, you are fast sia...but maybe in August, Nikon is going to announce the launch of DX00 with the sensor of D3s + video recording capability. Then you LU GI leh.
Or you buy just to make the "Yaya Papaya second hand D700 seller" Du Lan? Hahaha

Ya lah, I know. Easier to type and wait mah. Not in a hurry to purchase. Also, I can increase my post hoping that I can be promoted to senior member. It's long over due liao...hahaha
