I think he is using the electronic range finder function (the green dot) of the AF for focusing. The green dot AF confirmation can be used to fine tune manual focus by adjusting the AF default offset value of the different body.

Not sure what AF fine tune he talking about since I believe this is a manual focus lens.

Actually the N series 32GB are $99 USD a piece. I just got one more. The S-series 32GB is at $199 USD.
H-series seems to be discontinued.
Saw the XQD S-series 32GB selling @ S$299.00 at the Sony store (NEX) but they don't sell card reader.
