This book is really good... If you read Chinese (and traditional fonts) it is a gem! :thumbsup: Good general writeup e.g. comparing f1.4-f2 lenses across focal length range to illustrate the changes.

Many photographs to illustrate the performance of each lens. Some of the times you can see photos taken by similar lenses, e.g. Sigma 30/1.4 and Nikkor 35/2 in separate pages but definitely taken at almost the same time (same model, same pose, lighting) and can help in decision making. There is IMO enough photos to show at least some bokeh, flare performance, etc.

Question - where to buy ah (book, not lens)?

These books are imported overseas... locally don't think it is available. Anyway will be throwing few more new titles from my collection to this sharing lot. So stay tuned.

Have... but I'm reading them now. Just got them back from my trip. Got D700, D300, D3 and D3x as some new lenses as well. :bsmilie:

Was thinking maybe if I should recalled the books back and place it in my studio. Cos besides Nikon, I do have Canon, Pentax, Hassblad, Leica magazines as well so this sharing thread might be proper if I'd to share out other system.
