Got me the lens here in KL. I did not venture deeper, so settled for an equivalent of $1550 at a shop in KLCC. Enjoying it now... did not know it was out until I saw it at the Nikon showroom in KLCC itself. A few shops away and The lady offered me the price. Stopped me from getting the 80-200 or sigma 70-200... i believe one can get at a better price in Bukit Bintang. Was in Penang last week too, should have looked for it there.

Seem very little on this lens.. so I also just go blindly and bought it last week.

Here are some pictures that i snap on a zoo trip..

Some are crop as 200mm not that long.. and slightly processed.. i.e Shadow/Contrast.. etc..

Took the lens to RWS marine life park's S.E.A Aquarium last week to give it a go. Not the best lens for such photography but I jsut want to see how it handles low light(VR and AF speed) etc...
Here are some shots.. I have to say.. this lens is amazing!!!! It was really very crowded and I could not get close enough to the tanks most of the time - This lens save the day as I could focus from far(>1m++ away) in very low light.
