heron, i think, but i'm no bird shooter..

no, not a mod cam, though it is probably possible to get such reflections in chinese/jap gardens with mod cam due to stillness of water.. the bird kept still thankfully, it was fidgeting a little when i strode up to the shore to shoot it

Nice photographs,i was wondering what kind of lens do you use?

quite a variety, most of my shots done here and everywhere are done with the sigma 10-20 though.

the ir shots have to be done with my kit lens (pentax 18-55)
macro shots were done with sigma 70-300 macro (bummed lens for a while)
once a long while there will be the 50 f/1.4 popping up
and there is the characteristic lensbaby shot.. in which case it will be the lensbaby 2.0
