Nice. Eerie too. :bsmilie:
Wonder what 'works' are ahead.
This road, looks pretty familiar to me.

:bsmilie::bsmilie:

Thanks bro!

It's the road leading in to Labrador Park. Had a disappointing sunset so decided to just do some night photography.. Apparently some workers are drilling up the whole place, heh, wanted to take photos of them but they won't keep still. =(

hi, rather new with photography, hope you can enlighten me. saw your great pictures, just wondering for some of your photos, the edges seems to be darker all round. has it been edited or original? would like to learn that. Thanks!

Hi, sometimes it's my lens, wider lenses tend to have vignetting problems especially when you have extensive use of filters. Vignetting = light fall off around the edges, giving the dark edge effect.

Most of time I just PP my vignetting in, either by Photoshop's standard filter, under Filter --> Distort --> Lens Correction, or use layers and layer blending methods to PP it in.

Other people also dodge/burn to achieve that effect. You have Photoshop I presume? Can experiment with the in-built Lens Correction filter then, has vignetting effect. Cheers, and thanks for the kind comments. =)

Bro,
Looking at the good work of some of the better photogs in CS, makes me happy.
Thoroughly enjoyed your photos this month. And when I saw the summary page with all the photos, I see many keepers in that.
Good luck to you.

Keep shooting and sharing.

Hey bro,

I use PS, always just use the summary of the previous month - because the lines are roughly there already to follow, go to APAD gallery, copy image, paste in PS, then use the "move" tool - show transform control to resize. If your settings are the same as mine the thing will roughly snap into the correct position readily.

After everything is done, use paintbrush and shift key to redraw the straight lines because sometimes there is some positioning error but not important la, so small size also not very obvious. Then put in the dates, design the header for the month, and that's it.

Takes about half an hour.. =)

Let me know if you don't understand any part of what I type hahaha, sometimes I use very funny terms, I know.

Cool. Thanx bro. Will try and see. ;)
