can any kind sole tell me how the #$#@$ you shoot in night safari?
No Flashing on animals. i understand why. so how to shoot under that cray condition

3200. :bsmilie:

you are there to enjoy the experience, if you cant take pics, so let it be. IF you really want to take, then get ready to buy the D3.

buy the D3 ;p

I tried it once. Used ISO 1600 & 3200 and a 50mm f/1.4. Threw away all the pics I took. :bigeyes::confused:

d3 ISO 25600. :bsmilie: resize to 2MP and im sure the image will be pretty usable lol

Infra-red film?:bsmilie:

D3 is the way to go

Don't shoot and just enjoy the experience?

i think F.9 also no use there was no light to catch. torch or flash all can not.
D3 i think also can not, everything hunt like mad.
i was already on 3200, still nuts, bring 70-200F2.8IS fly kite, 50 F1.4 was having a lot of problem.
my advice keep cam at home go enjoy the outting. i learn my lesson also. :P

Even with D3 n a good F2 200mm lens, you only get greenish n slightly photos in the end. Even use video cam with night shoot feature also the same results. Light over there don't suit for photo or video taking unless you want "ghost" effects. ;p
