Tried my luck there after office hour, but sadly all were sold out or reserve eventhough they just received the shipment.
Finally managed to get 1 from Alan Photo at Funan...
Asked South Asia PC as I saw 3 sealed units on display but the 2 Pinoy salesgirls quoted me $499 which is higher than the RRP....

they probably made a mistake , i called them, they are selling at 449

wondering if i shd try it out.... right now im using M mount lenses with the Hawk adaptor.. I can get as close as 15-20cm for food macro shots....

39cm. The Zeiss is 16cm just for your info.

yup, zeiss is PERFECT for food macro shots I can finally get up close and personal with my dishes.... adjust aperture to increase depth of field, and voila! perfect shot!

I was actually looking for SEL55210, which still nowhere to be found (sorry OOT).

To be honest that's why I reluctantly went back to canon dslr. I loved my NEX and promoted it to my frens but in the end the frustration of lenses i can't buy made me give up.

But I m still lurking here ;p
