You also should ask them explicitly if GST is included. Sometimes they don't make that clear especially if you only ask for the price until you show them your cash.

Here is my problem with the reading of the SD card for GX7.
It was working perfectly until the 5th day of my oversea trip. All of a sudden, it will take up to 10s to start up the camera.
I was using the Sandisk Extreme 64GB with 45mb/s card. I tried with my 128GB card and same problem. Switch to 16GB card and problem gone.
Place the cards in EM5, no problem, camera starts instantaneously.
No sure what happen to the Camera. Just got the GM1 and all cards works ok.
Now GX7 in Panasonic service center.

Seems like more and more people are having the card problem on GX7. I tried the changing of video format mentioned here as well. Didn't work for me till I changed to another higher speed card. Let us know the findings when you have the cam back.

Isn't that a common problem with current generation SDXC cards? I thought the special file system is the reason because it's much slower than the one for SDHC cards.

love the GX7. Btw, one very important qns, cos I never test the viewfinder when I purchased..
And I will not be using it that often... but I tried to play with it earlier, I see the image as damn blur.. I'm wearing specs.. short sighted.. however with and without specs I also see the image from viewfinder as blur, it's impossible for me to snap a shot and focus from viewing via the VF...
Is this a problem with my eyes or the VF?

The free gift (battery) I got from Panasonic is of a different rating from the original. 1025mAh (original), compared to 940mAh. Still pretty happy with the gifts overall.

Bro , u tried adjusting the diopter ? Sliding adjuster under the EVF when u tilt it up.

Actually the diopter for the cam seems quite limited compared to others. I tried adjusting already to the max and it improves slightly only.
Ya, u r right on that.
But hoping it's something mrbytez missed when he said he found the view blur and it's not a spoilt EVF.
Then any explanation that why it only happen on the GX7 and not EM5 or GM1?
I've no idea why either. I didn't have any issues with cards (mine's a 45mbs extreme) when I had my GX7 for around 2 weeks back then but the bros who shared definitely used their GX7 more extensively than me; hence their words hold more water. Good guess is to follow their advice and go for the extreme pro card. Not worth missing a shot due to a card issue.

No but SDXC cards with exFAT should be always slower than SDHC cards.

it's all good now. Thanks bro, really appreciated. I was afraid I got a faulty one as well.
