no. i am not taking the PwP cos it is out of budget. but i left the slot blank in case someone or friend wants to tompang.

like keithwee said, whoever wants lor? but the person pays the difference for the lens lah. i dunno if the shop requires a deposit for the lens too. i already paid my deposit for the xt10.

Depends on the shop you pre-order from. Some may just need a deposit only.

For pwp, distributor would have already factored in the street price variance against listed price. So usually hardly any savings there.

I just called a shop in Funan.

PWP for 35 f1.4 they are selling for $652 (gst included), originally was $852 (gst included) without PWP.

So whoever is helping you with the PWP... think it is fair enough to split 50-50% savings on both side (lens and camera) so both save additional $100.
