I think the brown stringy stuff breaks out the monotony of the black. Nice touch what! :D

The 3rd frame (trishaw) is nice

Yah, I also like the 3rd frame best. How did you do it???

Actually like your 3 b & w pictures. I like what you are trying to capture. First one is a unique composition and 2nd one is a good capture.

As for your "soft" pictures, it will be good if you used it the next sunday on our guy models, everyone will look like being make-over and when people see your pictures (with the guys in it), more might join us next time...... :D
And they might be disappointed but who cares........ :bsmilie:

The shot of the trishaw huh? I took three shots at three trishaws coming by me. And my "steady" hand only manage to churn out 1 so-so shot lor. It's not that good really, since the trishaw have effectively blocked one of the Japanese tourist! :(

Anyway, thanks for your kind comments. I'll try to do better the next time. Hmm... time to change to a higher speed film liao! Ilford 3200, here I come!! :bsmilie:

No lah... look suspiciously like algae instead of fungus lor. Anyway, no interest in terrestrial fungus anyway. I prefer to swim in the mud. Hmm... talking of which, I think I'd got a few pictures of my study site today! Maybe I shall post it up somewhere later...

yo sigrd,

nice shots...

Thanks Tiffy. Still got lots to learn. When I saw other photos by our "india" gang, I get to learn how they compose their picture which I never thought of. My pics are mostly quite easy to capture except for the cat which was poising for us anyway.

I will try to take more "challenging" shots like the rest the next time.......
:p
