I like this Cha Kuay Teow, not to dry & not too wet (I don't like Marine Parade Wet Wet Cha Kuay Teow)
For those cockles aka "Hum" lover this is a must try!! The friendly uncle give generious amount of "Hum" (You won't see "Hum" in my photos because I don't eat "Hum"
)This Cha Kuay Teow also have my fav crispy lard it in which made it taste so old school. :bsmilie:
Some people don't like the Cha Kuay Teow here, Some love it a lot... for me I like the old school taste

That's a pretty generous serving :thumbsup: I prefer something drier and I agree, the popular stall in Marine Parade is a lil too wet (sometimes too oily). I have not tried this stall though and when in this vicinity I usually had Day Night Char Kway Teow in Bkt Merah Central, will give this a try

Woah...sooo much sooo good on this page-24..., hence will 'tips' on the "Not-so-..." ones only as it's lesser compared to number of good ones...!!!!!
1) ...the Unagi Sushi @ Sushi Tei (Vivo City)...nice play in DOF, but would be much more 'Pleasing and appetizing' as well, if, were to shoot it at an angle that at the same time, formed a good compositional view on the whole...(hope you get what I wanna convey...

2) ...the 烩饭 (Mui Fan)...well nothing seems too serious as only a tad over-saturated and just that slightly "slanted"...but on the second thought, it could be in a way good to as it won't look so "stiffed" on the whole...yah...:bsmilie:
3) ...Lerk Thai Fried Rice and Pineapple Rice...well nothing seems too serious also...as only lack just a tad on the 'contrast' and both would be even a better shots...!!!
wah-seh...after viewing thru'...felt sooo hungry liao...:bsmilie:...signing off so as to "chong" for my early lunch now...hahahaaa, bro...!! Cheers leh!!!!!

1)The Unagi Sushi I took a feel shots of other angle but this is one of the best one i got :embrass:
2)Well.. I agreed that the Mui fan looks kind of over saturated but I wanted the prawn to stand up so the whole photo will not look so plain ;p
