my comments as follows :

Certain photos are over exposed; especially the rice.
Majority of the photo contains yellow cast and some green cast (especially the pudding).
I have edited a few photos to show you the differences once the color casts are removed,
I have also increased the contrast, boost up the color and sharpen a little bit to make the photo looks more appealing.

Keep up with the shooting and improve your photoshop PP skills and you will be there one day... (;p to be honest, I hardly taken any food photography :bsmilie

Thanks for your advice kutten, ya every time when I tried to remove the yellow cast, the blue cast appear... Guess I shall enroll myself for a photoshop class

texture is especially important, try to get a table near the window and position your frame to get the best light and a clean background

No worry about offending because the squid is white can't auto focus, so I need to use manual focus.
