have been busy travelling for work after getting this lens, here is a sample of the reach you can get on this 300mm m4/3 lens

hi is this OOC without PP??? seems to be quite sharp. Its amazing if you can shoot this quality here in SG due to our light pollution.

Beautiful!

Jpeg, Cropped slightly, auto contrast and resized for web with my usual unsharp mask routine. The lens is good and enables the craters and texture of the moon to be captured.

Light pollution is not a problem at all for moon shots. The moon is easil the brightest object in the night sky. Only a problem when u are looking for stars.

Did u take this with any tc? Is this raw or jpeg?

OK thanks! It looks really good to me. Better than the one taken on my e5 with the 70-300 and TC2.

What is the current price for this lens in SG? The last time I checked, it was $65x with CC payment, is it still the same?

I bought it a month ago at SLR Revolution, and it was $659 cash terms.

yeah this is like what I shot in SG.

I'm not sure if it's light pollution - I think it's mainly my skills (or lack thereof!) - my shot was handheld with digital TC turned on at 300mm...I think I might have a sharper shot if I ever get a tripod...

@ Klim828, I think there's a white spot in your picture, below and slightly right of the moon.
