just called chiif. the new Nokton will arrive by end of June. price will be 1000+.
actually Stephen Gandy has already announce the US price: Black $899 Chrome $1049

ah, i sold it to a bro last month. mint and chrome! yes the MFD is 0.9m. i once owned both black and chrome. sweet memory! now waiting for my real chrome new Nokton from Stephen Gandy...;p

IIRC, this is different from the prominent mount lens. Different optical design. Someone correct me if I'm wrong??

Yes the discontinued LTM version is totally differed from the prominent Nokton. But they are all based on Sonnar structure from what I learned so far. The new M mount Nokton will be different from the LTM version. Not sure how it will be different from the prominent Nokton. I will do a side by side comparison after getting my copy.
