anyway, its a sign of healthy interest in the K-X and it gives pple who have received good advise before from other bros to share their experiences and help guide other new members.

yup, forum this is. but thread with similar or near similar Q appear in too much a frequency is a drag. i really dont mind reading/participating in repeating thread as it will generate traffic. but recently it is just too frequent. this sticky thread is just an idea....

devin - did you manage to buy ur k-x? i bought mine from op at sls for $1103 for the dual lens kit (18-55 and 55-300) there was one store on level 1 in sls offering it for $1090 (forgot the name) but the service of that guy was crap, so i didn't buy it from him

i think $1100 is about the best you can get...

oh, and i have a mail from op where they have offered the single lens kit below 800
